Since 2007, Monique has been growing and harvesting butternut and black walnut nuts planted more than 40 years ago by her father. She takes pleasure in helping people discover these exceptional nuts by processing them at her breaking and preparation center in Ferme-Neuve, near Mont-Laurier. Jolies Mi-Noix walnuts are freshly cracked, which contributes to the huge difference in taste.
An agronomist by profession, Monique has the preservation of the ecosystem at heart. All Jolies Mi-Noix nuts come from the family walnut grove and local orchards that practice natural agriculture.
